I’m Sophia, an elite gymnast and empowerment mentor who supports gymnasts with the tools I wish I had as a kid, for calming nerves, embodying self belief, and practical strategies for working through fear.

Finding you FIRE
You’ve lost your drive and confidence, leaving you stuck. This program helps you uncover the blockages and rebuild your mindset so you can access your passion and start improving again. You’ll reignite your fire and gain the tools to keep it long-term.

Dissolving Mental Blocks
Your mental block is keeping you stuck on something you are physically capable of, creating frustration and holding back your progress. In this program we'll identify the root fear(s), and build a custom plan to gain calmness and confidence on the skill.

Calm in Competition
Your competition anxiety is holding you back from performing the way you do in practice. This program builds belief systems that create a grounded and confident mindset, even under the pressure. You’ll learn to stay in control and start to enjoy competing again.
